Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Verkh platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Verkh provides DMARC email authentication monitoring, analysis, and remediation services. Our Services are designed to help organizations improve their email security posture and achieve DMARC enforcement.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP. Permitted uses include:
- Monitoring DMARC, SPF, and DKIM configurations for domains you own or are authorized to manage
- Analyzing DMARC aggregate reports for domains under your control
- Identifying and authorizing legitimate email sending sources
- Generating remediation reports and shareable dashboards (Apex links) for vendor coordination
- Managing email authentication for client domains under a valid reseller or partner agreement
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
3.1 Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Facilitating or promoting illegal activities
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others
3.2 Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
- Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the Services
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written permission
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
3.3 Abuse and Harmful Conduct
- Using the Services to send, distribute, or facilitate spam or unsolicited communications
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Conducting denial-of-service attacks or overwhelming our infrastructure
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Verkh personnel
- Using the Services to facilitate phishing, spoofing, or impersonation attacks
3.4 Competitive Intelligence Gathering
- Using the Services to monitor, analyze, or gather intelligence on domains you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Attempting to obtain information about other Verkh customers or their email authentication configurations
- Using the Services for competitive research or intelligence gathering against other organizations
3.5 Automated Scraping and Unauthorized Data Collection
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Services without express written permission
- Systematically downloading, copying, or extracting data from the platform beyond normal use
- Exceeding rate limits or circumventing usage restrictions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services
3.6 Resale and Unauthorized Distribution
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without a valid partner or reseller agreement
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Verkh or using our trademarks without authorization
- Creating derivative works based on the Services without written permission
4. Domain Ownership and Authorization
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to add, monitor, and manage any domain within your Verkh account. This includes:
- Domains you own and control
- Domains for which you have written authorization from the owner
- Client domains managed under a valid service agreement
Verkh reserves the right to require proof of domain ownership or authorization at any time.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Verkh reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Services
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
- Report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Take legal action to protect our rights and the rights of others
Verkh will not be liable for any damages resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
